What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal. For women: Long dress. Please avoid wearing white or black. For men: Dark formal suit and tie or tuxedo.
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony starts promptly at 4 PM. If you arrive late, you might miss it.
By when should I confirm my attendance?
Please confirm your attendance as soon as you know you will be with us on our special day. The last day to confirm is January 25, 2025.
May I bring a plus one?
We are at full capacity, which means that unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Are children welcome?
We love your children, but we want our wedding to be your night off!
When should I arrive in Bogotá?
We would love for you to arrive by April 22 at the latest, where you will stay that night at either the Estelar La Fontana Hotel or Luxury Hotel 93 Park. On Thursday, April 24, at 8:00 a.m., transportation will be available to take you to Villa de Leyva.
What should I keep in mind for attending the tours and activities?
For guests who wish to participate in the activities, please review the detailed program we have provided. On the activities page, you will find all the necessary information on how to reserve your spot for each activity. Additionally, we remind you of the importance of arriving on time for scheduled activities so that everyone can fully enjoy the celebration.
Will transportation be available for guests after the wedding?
The couple will offer transportation back to Bogota on both Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27. We will provide transfers back to either the Estelar La Fontana Hotel or Luxury Hotel 93 Park. We plan to obtain everyone’s flight information to coordinate appropriate timing for the buses to return.
How long will the transportation take from Bogotá to Villa de Leyva?
The trip by transportation from Bogotá to Villa de Leyva will take approximately 3 hours.
